Minutes 23 September, 2009

President Robert Hanna called the meeting to order.  We paid for 26 meals with 25 present.  The meal was outstanding with plenty of good food.  Introductions :  Stan Jones LOH, Masonic MOH, Regional Representative; PGM 2001 Robert Shipe and Lady Betty; HP&P William McNeill and Lady Maxine; 2nd Ceremonial master Billy R. Orick and Lady Ikey.

The Colors were posted, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States.  Ernie Boehler presented the Toast to the Flag.  The Bible was attended and the opening and closing prayers were given by Carlos Bollman.  Bill Stone made the Prouncement.  Stan Jones LOH recited the Purposes of National Sojourners.

The minutes of the previous meetings were not available and not read.

Sunshine Lady Marie Zellner reported on sick and detressed members and wives.  Marie asked for a replacement as Sunshine Lady.

Hero’s camp commander Jim Zellner had short discussion of installation of Heroes 2010 and need for a bivouac.

Bro. Billy Orick filed a petiton for reinstatement to the Chapter.  After some discussion and Billy coming up with the money a vote was made and Billy was reinstated as a member of the Chapter.

President Robert Hanna closed the meeting and harmony prevailing.
