Minutes 24 March 2010

President Robert Hanna called the meeting to order at 7:45 pm.  We paid for 72 meals.

Introductions:  Stan Jones LOH, Masonic MOH 2000 PCP PCC; Regional Representative; Bill Stone PCP PCC, Masonic Medal of Honor winner 2009; M.W. Bob Shipe GM 2001;  David David PP 2004, current DDGM D21; Joe Goenaga Jr. DDGM D30; Dale McWaters PP 1991; Max Tatum GM 1993; Bill McNeil Asst. Raban India 2010; Glenn Weeks 2nd Ceremonial Master india 2010.

The colors were posted followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States.  Ernie Boehler, Jr. presented the Toast to the Flag.  The Bible was attended and the opening and closing prayers were given by M.W. Bob Shipe.    Henry Riebel made the Pronouncement.  Stan Jones recited the Proposes of National Sojourners.    Minutes of 24 February 2010 meeting were approved as was the Treasurer’s Report.

President Bob Hanna turned the podium over to 2VP Ken Staten our BOL Chairman for 2010 as this was our annual Bridge of Light Celebration.  Bro Ken staten began by introducing the head table and proceeded to have each table introduced which included the WM from the following Oklahoma Masonic Lodges:   69 WM Bill Bullock;  OKC Siloam 276 WM Danny Maxey:  Blanchard 395 WM Sherman Acord;  Mustang 407 WM Carmen Modestino;  Washington 406 WM Michael Davis;  OKC Amity 473 WM William Edds;  Jones City 537 WM Jerry Jones;  Nicoma Park 541 WM Karl Osborne;  OKC India 551 WM Thomas Leahy;  WM Rea Sparks;   OKC Myrtle 145 WM Kenneth Staten.

President Hanna called for reports from Vice Presidents.   3rd VP Frank Clark reported ROTC moving along.  1st VP Bill Bradley had no report since BOL was in process.

Regional Representative Bro Stan Jones reminded us about the 90th National Sojourners Convention at Bloomington, MN JUne 15-19 2010.  Cutoff for reservation is 24 May 2010.
