Minutes for the March 25, 2009 meeting

1st Vice President Bob Hanna called the meeting to order.  We paid for 74 meals.  The meal was outstanding with plenty of good food.  Introductions:  PGM 2001 Robert Shipe and his Lady Betty,  Stan Jones LOH, Masonic MOH, Regional Representative, PGM 1993 Max Tatum and Lady Anita,  PP 2007 Joe Jones and Lady Joyce,  HP&P 2009 William McNeil and Lady Maxine.

The colors were posted followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United states led by 1st VP Bob Hanna.  PGM 1993 Max Tatum presented the Toast to the Flag.  The Bible was attended by the opening and closing prayers were given by Chaplain Jack Peters.  Bill Stone made the Pronouncement.  Henry Riebel recited the Proposes of National Sojourners.  Minutes of the meeting February 25, 2009 were circulated and approved as was the Treasurer’s Report.

PGM 2001 Robert Shipe initiated Col James Sieders and Maj Benejamine F. Clark into Tinker Chapter 43 ranks.

2nd VP Bill Bradley assisted by MW Richard Massad Grand Master State of Oklahoma Presented the Bridge of Light Certificates to the Masters of the Masonic Lodges in attendance followed by taking of group pictures.

3rd VP Ken Staten reported progress on the ROTC program.

Sunshine Lady made her report.

Stan Jones LOH, talked about the South Central Conference 17-19 of April 2009 in Corpus Christi, Texas encouraging everyone to be in attendance.
